Vijay Prakash Maharaj
Director
Brings decades of leadership in transport and finance, including as Managing Director of Pacific Transport Limited and Director of Fiji Development Bank. His experience in governance and industry oversight strengthens Shreedhar Motors’ strategic decision making.
Atam Gyan Prakash Maharaj
Director
Experienced executive with a strong background in transport and automotive operations. His tenure as General Manager and Executive Director equips him with practical business insight and governance capability.
Neeraj Abhinesh Maharaj
Director
Third generation leader with expertise in digital transformation and governance. With over 20 years of professional experience in New Zealand and Australia, he contributes specialist knowledge in technology adoption and strategic development.

Chief Financial Officer
Appointed in 2025, with 20+ years of senior management experience at Asco Motors and British American Tobacco. A Chartered Accountant with listed company expertise, he brings strong financial governance and compliance leadership.
Arvind Prasad
National Manager, Sales & Marketing
Over 30 years in automotive and banking, leading national sales, marketing, and customer relations for Ford and Subaru. He drives brand positioning and branch performance across Fiji.
Ravindra Singh
National Manager, Parts & Service
41 years with the company, overseeing aftersales operations. Holds mechanical and MBA qualifications and played a key role in securing Ford and Subaru franchises and implementing ISO standards.
Rasheed Ali
Ford Sales Manager
Leads Ford sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on customer engagement and team performance. Joined Shreedhar Motors in 2015 and has steadily advanced into leadership.

Subaru Sales Manager
Over a decade of automotive experience, driving Subaru’s growth and customer engagement. Promoted to Sales Manager in 2019, he is recognised for analytical skills and commitment to excellence.
